Terms of Service

By accessing or using TweetAlgorithm(the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

TweetAlgorithmestimates how a public tweet might perform against the publicly-released X recommendation algorithm. It returns a score, a per-factor breakdown, suggestions, and AI-generated rewrites. The Service does not have access to X's production ranker, real-time engagement data, or your X account. All scores are estimates and do not guarantee real-world reach or impressions.

2. Eligibility & Accounts

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction) and capable of forming a binding contract. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Accounts are created via Google OAuth; you authorise us to receive your email address and basic profile information from Google for the purpose of providing the Service.

3. Credits & Payment

The Service uses a credit-based model. Each analysis consumes credits from your balance. Credits can be obtained by signup bonus or by purchasing credit packs. Payments are processed by Polar (polar.sh); their terms also apply to payment processing.

Credits are non-transferable. Purchased credits do not expire so long as your account is active and the Service continues to operate.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • submit content that is unlawful, harassing, defamatory, or infringes the rights of others;
  • attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or resell the Service;
  • use the Service to generate spam, misleading content, or automated bulk posting;
  • circumvent credit metering, rate limiting, or authentication.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with or without notice.

5. Your content

You retain ownership of tweet text you submit. You grant TweetAlgorithm a non-exclusive, worldwide licence to process and store that text solely to provide the Service to you, including sending it to our AI provider for scoring and rewriting. We do not use your submitted text to train models, and we do not share it publicly.

6. AI output

Scores, suggestions, and rewrites are produced by an AI model and may be inaccurate, generic, or biased. You are solely responsible for reviewing AI output before publishing it. TweetAlgorithm makes no warranty as to virality, engagement, accuracy, or fitness for any purpose.

7. Service availability

We may modify or discontinue features at any time. We are not liable for downtime, data loss, or interruption of third-party services we depend on (Supabase, Polar, our AI provider, hosting).

8. Disclaimer & limitation of liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO LIABILITY. WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR LOST PROFITS, LOST REACH, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after a change constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
