Refund & Cancellation Policy

All sales are final. TweetAlgorithm sells credits that are spent on AI-powered analyses delivered instantly. Because each credit triggers a paid AI call on our side the moment it is spent, and because the value (the analysis, score, and rewrites) is delivered to you immediately, we do not issue refunds for credits — used or unused — once a purchase is complete.

By purchasing a credit pack you acknowledge that you are buying digital content delivered immediately and you waive any cooling-off / withdrawal period available for digital content under applicable consumer-protection laws.

No subscription

There is nothing to cancel. We do not run subscriptions or auto-renew any charges. You only pay when you choose to buy a credit pack — there are no recurring fees.

Failed analyses

If an analysis fails on our side (for example, our AI provider returns an error or the response cannot be parsed), the credits spent on that attempt are automatically returned to your account balance so you can try again. This is a system-level credit refund, not a cash refund, and happens without you having to contact us.

Chargebacks & fraud

If you believe a charge was made fraudulently or in error, please email us before initiating a chargeback so we can investigate. Chargebacks filed in bad faith will result in immediate account suspension.

Statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable consumer rights you have under the law of your jurisdiction. Where local law grants you rights that cannot be waived, those rights apply regardless of anything stated above.
